Healing a broken heart

We all have certain broken relationships in our lives. We don’t know what happened and why things are the way they are. There will never be any explanation from their side and we would be left hanging in the sky all alone. Let them keep their status, their ego or their lens which identifies flaws to themselves. If there is one thing in which all humans are capable of being enormously rich, it is love. Don’t be poor in that too and beg for love and acceptance. We are all capable of love. Spend the love that resides inherently in your heart on people who are so poor by heart and need love badly. You will see its magic unfolding in front of your eyes. Be loving to your fellow human, to your family, to your husband, wife and daughter, to your street dog and most of all to yourself. Love is God and you are capable of being one.

Our time is fleeting away and within no time, we are going to be in our death bed. So, appreciate all the little things in your life. The little things can be your favorite chai, the song that soothes you, the people who love you selflessly, the playfulness of your child which makes you want to drop all the adulthood shit and become a child yourself, the morning sun rays in your room creeping through the window and a lot of small stuffs which we take for granted.

If you are not satisfied with the present conditions in your life and feel broken, you need to give space to grow a new version of yourself. Life is much more than human relationships. Don’t live a life which revolves around only relationships. Pick a new book and finish it, explore meditation, travel to an unknown city and get lost, follow your spark, dance in the rain, spend a night in the mountain and wakeup there to see the sun rise. These experiences will change your perception of life. Start Living my friend, we have only one life.
